Androw Car Rental – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Androw Car Rental! Please carefully review the following detailed
terms and conditions before renting a vehicle from us.
Booking and Rental Agreement: When you reserve a vehicle through our
website or app, you enter into an agreement with Androw Car Rental. This
agreement covers the terms outlined below, and you (the “Customer”)
acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
Eligibility: To rent a vehicle, you must meet the following criteria:
Be at least 21 years old
Possess a valid driver’s license
Provide a valid form of identification, such as a passport or national ID
Reservation: Secure your rental by providing a valid credit card. Bookings can be
made online or at our rental locations, and confirmation details will be provided
upon successful reservation.
Rental Period: Your rental period begins and ends as per your reservation. Any
extension must be requested in advance and is subject to approval by Androw Car
Rental.
Rates and Fees: Rental rates are determined based on the vehicle type, duration,
and additional services requested. Customers are responsible for all associated
fees, taxes, tolls, fines, and charges. A detailed breakdown of charges will be
provided during the reservation process.
Pickup and Return: Customers must return the vehicle to the agreed location at
the specified time. Fuel policies are as follows:
If the vehicle is provided with a full tank, it must be returned with a full tank.
If the vehicle’s fuel level is specified in the rental agreement, it must be returned
with the same level. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.
Insurance: Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental cost. Additional
coverage options, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Liability Insurance,
are available for purchase. Customers are responsible for any damages or losses
not covered by insurance.
Prohibited Uses: Customers are strictly prohibited from engaging in the
following activities:
Illegal activities
Racing
Towing
Off-road driving
Transporting hazardous materials
Smoking inside the vehicle
Maintenance: Customers are responsible for basic vehicle maintenance,
including checking fluid levels and tire pressure. Any necessary repairs must be
authorized by Androw Car Rental, and customers are required to provide receipts
for reimbursement.
Traffic Violations: Customers are responsible for all traffic violations and fines
incurred during the rental period. Androw Car Rental reserves the right to charge
the Customer for any violations reported after the rental period.
Termination: Androw Car Rental reserves the right to terminate the rental
agreement if the Customer breaches any terms and conditions. In such cases, the
Customer must immediately return the vehicle.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Botswana. Any
disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved
through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Botswana.
Amendments: Androw Car Rental reserves the right to amend these terms and
conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and the amended
terms will apply to all future rentals.
